Famous Restaurant offers great Vegetable Varieties

Found in North Lakes located  Brisbane's northern suburbs, isn't
where you'd expect to find a great Indian restaurant but The Spice Route
manages to impress and surprise nonetheless. 

Open for takeaway, home
delivery and dine in six nights a week (they are closed on Mondays), The
Spice Route provides traditional Indian cooking served up by friendly
wait staff and an appealing atmosphere. 

The medium-sized restaurant
caters for small functions, family groups and dinner for two. 

The
vibrant artwork on the walls, sleek chairs and cosy bar provide a
backdrop for a memorable meal.

 If you hanker for Tandoori try the
Punjabi favourite Murgh Malai Tikka (chicken Tikka or chicken pieces
with aromatic spices and yoghurt) or the Tandoori Paneer Shashlik
(marinated cottage cheese cubes on skewers and grilled with capsicum and
onion). For vegetarians, the Hara Bhara Kebab is made from spinach,
peas and potatoes, which are mixed with ginger and spices and shaped
into patties and pan fried. Best dish: Goan king prawn curry.
